1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alien Studio Photography ("Alien Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright

All visual works, curated photographic collections (including Savanna, Xǐqìng, Odyssey, Ethereal, Metropolis, Radiance, and Serenity), high-resolution imagery, editorial narratives, website code, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Alien Studio Photography and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

  • Personal Non-Commercial Use: You may view, browse, and share links to our exhibitions for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
  • Commercial Reproduction Prohibited: No artwork, photograph, or text may be reproduced, redistributed, sublicensed, sold, or incorporated into commercial products without prior written authorization from Alien Studio.

3. Fine Art Acquisitions & Storefront Policies

Physical fine art prints, archival canvas pieces, and photography books are made available through our verified storefront on Etsy (AlienStudioShop ⧉). Purchases made on Etsy are governed by Etsy's buyer protection standards and our shop's fulfillment policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using Alien Studio, you agree not to:

  • Engage in automated scraping, data extraction, or bulk harvesting of high-resolution images.
  • Attempt to bypass Content Security Policies, Subresource Integrity checks, or network controls.
  • Misrepresent or remove copyright watermarks, artist credits, or metadata notices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALIEN STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALIEN STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY, ITS DIRECTORS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of London, United Kingdom.
